Nick will lead you through a pranayama (breath work) and writing practice to open your energetic channels. You will tap into your innate creativity and enter a flow state so you can discover realms of heart-based artistry and deep personal connection.

Fiona is a very gentle and gracious teacher and will be your guide in this 75 minute session. Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

Alexandra is offering taster sessions in Shiatsu massage a form of Japanese bodywork. Shiatsu means 'finger pressure' in Japanese.
