Below is a selection of breathwork exercises ranging from the simplicity of even breathing to ocean breath to meditation using the breath.
My "lineage" for this is a bit of a mixed bag. I have been practicing mindfuness and meditation for the past seven years, both of which rely on the breath.
As a trauma-based therapist, mindfulness and stress management coach I rely heavily on use of the breath to steady clients as they meet their moment and to support them in that moment.
More recently I have been learning pranayama and delving into breathwork more deeply for my personal practice.
