Fiona Hughes-Murangiri

Fiona, (spiritual name: Param Vichar Kaur) is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and has been teaching since 2011. Her first experience with yoga was around her late 20’s.  Fiona is grateful to Kundalini Yoga as this has opened her up to a deeper awareness and deeper connection to the self.  She believes her practice with Kundalini Yoga has the power to self-heal and enables the discovery of a sense of calm and inner strength. She feels blessed to have done her teacher training and have the opportunity to teach and share with others.  

Fiona offers her Kundalini yoga classes at Recentre, Old Tweedmill, Sorobal Road, Oban

Alexandra Galgóczi

Alexandra has trained in many massage modalities, from Shiatsu to aromatherapy to Cupping and Oncology massage to foot reflexology.  She combines her learning as a qualified biology teacher with an interest in many aspects of the human body including chiropractic and osteopath techniques.    

During her career, she has worked in a thermal bath, hotels, spas and saloons, with an orthopaedist, and in her private practice in London. Alexandra understands the benefits of a holistic massage based on personal needs and health problems. Her aims are to aid relaxation, release tension and stress, and promote an increased sense of well-being by offering a calm, and comfortable environment with my holistic attitude. 

Alexandra has recently moved to Oban and is in the process of re-establishing her private practice.

Jacquie Maclean

Jacquie is the skilled hands behind the company On Form.  Jacquie trained in Swedish massage with the Scottish Massage School in Edinburgh and with the Western School of Massage in Glasgow to incorporate Sports and Remedial Massage into her offering.  She has had a long-term interest in physical therapy and completed a Reiki level 1 and 2 in 2001 and a first level course in Cranial Sacral therapy in 2019.

Jacquie’s aims for treating your injury or discomfort are to reduce pain, increase the range of movement, enhance performance and reduce the risk of re-injury. Her intention is always to promote the body’s natural healing ability, restore balance and induce relaxation, bringing you back On Form.
