SESSION ONE:
- You are led through a body scan
- You are invited to start to notice your breath
- You will need a quiet space and 12 minutes
SESSION TWO:
- We build on the practice of using the breath
- You are invited to walk towards stillness
- You are invited to bring a curiosity to what you may notice physically or emotionally
- You will need a quiet space and 12 minutes
SESSION THREE:
- You need pen and paper for this exercise
- This is a very practical mindfulness exercise building on your curiosity and awareness with no judgement!
- We explore the difference between being "in the mind" and walking towards a still mind, being in the body or heart.
- You will need a quiet space and 20 minutes
SESSION FOUR:
- This is a recording of a live taster session for Heartfelt Mindfulness
- The session is interactive and I would encourage you to join in, not just passively watch.
- You will need pen and paper, a quiet space and an hour
No previous experience is required to take part in this course.
Equally, the way I hold space is unique, so if you have had previous experience, I would ask you to drop any expectations and jump in!
