Introduction to Heartfelt Mindfulness

SESSION ONE:

  • You are led through a body scan
  • You are invited to start to notice your breath
  • You will need a quiet space and 12 minutes

SESSION TWO:

  • We build on the practice of using the breath
  • You are invited to walk towards stillness
  • You are invited to bring a curiosity to what you may notice physically or emotionally
  • You will need a quiet space and 12 minutes

SESSION THREE:

  • You need pen and paper for this exercise
  • This is a very practical mindfulness exercise building on your curiosity and awareness with no judgement!
  • We explore the difference between being "in the mind" and walking towards a still mind, being in the body or heart.
  • You will need a quiet space and 20 minutes

SESSION FOUR:

  • This is a recording of a live taster session for Heartfelt Mindfulness
  • The session is interactive and I would encourage you to join in, not just passively watch.
  • You will need pen and paper, a quiet space and an hour


No previous experience is required to take part in this course.

Equally, the way I hold space is unique, so if you have had previous experience, I would ask you to drop any expectations and jump in!
